Miss Adventure goes for a roller coaster ride!

I am up late tonight trying to get as much school work done as I can so I can be finished with the the paperwork for this placement and begin to get ready for my upcoming trip to New Zealand. I have to say that I am starting to freak out. Kinda like being really excited to go to a theme park and head straight for the biggest roller coaster, you know the one that has broken the record for speed and height. All of a sudden your loading the cart and thinking, "What am I doing!? I'm going to die!" I'm leaving in 7 days to go to the other side of the world with very little contact to my life here for two months with people I have just met.... AHHH. Lucky for me I think the people that get to experience this amazing opportunity with me are pretty cool!

But I have not been nervous,,, until this point. It's suuper nerve racking and I'm afraid I'm going to miss my life here. (again the roller coaster death panic) I know that I will have an amazing time and make some really cool friends, but the unknown is intimidating. I LOVE it, but it freaks me out. (I love roller coasters, but I scream the whole time... Mostly for fun) I like to have the front that I'm Miss Adventure (well,, I am) and that I'm not afraid of anything and I'll go anywhere (I will), but there is that element of panic. Haha, Extreme! Up and down the roller coaster.

Well, I am doing this no matter how nervous I am. So here we go. I begin the scariest part of the roller coaster: The climb. Up, up, up, up. Slowly, slowly, slowly, slowly. Crank, crank, crank, crank. Until we get to the top and stare down at the extreme course ahead. Hands in the air! Let's go for a ride!

T-minus 7 days.

  1. You probably will have fun but also miss your life here. You gotta take the good with the bad. The good thing is, you get to come back to your life here so you can get the best of both worlds.
Oh and PS your life here will miss you!!!
